Why do we do additional cleaning processes after the steam cleaning?

Our rotary steam cleaning process is very thorough. Many carpet cleaners are still not using these rotary machines.

But that is not our final step.

After the steam cleaning shown above we
*Apply a neutralizer/ deodorizer
*Rotary dry pad the carpet
*Groom the carpet
*Place an air mover to help the carpet dry.

The carpet below has been thoroughly steam cleaned and looks bright and clean.
But when it is rotary dry padded have a look what the pad removes...

A clean pad next to one of the pads used on this carpet!

The drying pads remove additional soil from the carpet even from clean looking carpet as well as leave the carpet much dryer.
