Exceptional Client Experience - Quality Assurance Call


Have you ever had a service performed by a company only to have the experience or service provided not quite meet your standards.  You could probably ring up and ask them to come back and do it again… but you just can’t be bothered…  Well at Diamond Carpet Cleaning, we want to make sure that your experience with us has been exceptional, so within 5 days after the clean we call you to check how we went.  If for any reason you weren’t happy with the clean, of course we will come back and fix it for you for free.  If the experience was not exceptional, we’d love to hear how we can improve,  so we can deliver an Exception Client Experience the next time you or any of our clients use our service.
