Hotel Rooms in PA

Earlier we had some cleaning to do across a number of hotel rooms in Park Avenue. For the most part they came up great, and here I have for you a couple before and after photos to see the improvement to existing stains, as well as an improvement to the overall discolouration of the carpet from general soils.

Firstly we have some large spill stains around the bar fridge of a room:

The stains were no match for the equipment and techniques of Diamond Carpet Cleaning however, and the results speak for themselves:

In another room some helpfully exuberant guests had left an excellent chance for us to show our skills:

Thankfully the stains had not been left too long before cleaning. If left, time would allow acidic grime and soil to permanently damage the carpet. The stains were removed and the carpet given back some of it's longevity.

Many other rooms had similar stains, spills and soils. By the end of the day, they all looked fantastic.

Why do we do additional cleaning processes after the steam cleaning?

Our rotary steam cleaning process is very thorough. Many carpet cleaners are still not using these rotary machines.

But that is not our final step.

After the steam cleaning shown above we
*Apply a neutralizer/ deodorizer
*Rotary dry pad the carpet
*Groom the carpet
*Place an air mover to help the carpet dry.

The carpet below has been thoroughly steam cleaned and looks bright and clean.
But when it is rotary dry padded have a look what the pad removes...

The drying pads remove additional soil from the carpet even from clean looking carpet as well as leave the carpet much dryer.

Wine stain removed from carpet in Norman Gardens - for FREE!

Recently, I cleaned a red wine spill from a clients lounge room carpet.

To remove the stain I applied an alkaline cleaning agent, rinsed, applied an acidic cleaning agent, rinsed and repeated this process 5 times.
